1 tablespoon Blackberry Dark Balsamic
4–5 fresh blackberries
4–5 fresh mint leaves
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce honey syrup
Crushed ice
Sparkling water
Optional for cocktail version: 1 ounce bourbon or vodka
Optional garnish: mint sprig and fresh blackberry

Mocktail Version

• Add blackberries, mint leaves, and lemon juice to a shaker or sturdy glass.

• Gently muddle until the berries release their juice and the mint becomes fragrant.

• Add Blackberry Dark Balsamic and honey syrup.

• Fill with ice and shake lightly until chilled.

• Double-strain into a glass filled with crushed ice for a cleaner finish.
