Ever wonder how Pacific Northwest Specialties got started? It all began in Sherwood, Oregon in 2003. After closing my garage storage business, I was drawn to the world of premium balsamic vinegars and flavored olive oils—thanks to a friend whose booth always had crowds lining up. One taste, and people were hooked!
I started selling in California, but life on the road took a toll. Missing my family, I returned to Oregon for a steady job, but after nearly a decade in a soul-crushing 9-to-5, I realized: life’s too short for a job you hate. When my friend called, I knew it was time to return to my passion.
I went all in—farmers markets, home shows, specialty events—and sales soared! But one problem remained: I was growing someone else’s business, not mine. That had to change. So, my wife, friends, and I began testing flavors. We didn’t settle until we found the absolute best balsamic vinegars and olive oils—even better than before!
That’s how Pacific Northwest Specialties was born. Today, we offer an ever-growing lineup of bold, unique flavors—from white and dark balsamic vinegars to infused olive oils that transform any dish. And soon, we’re adding BBQ sauces, marinades, rubs, and salsas!
