Recipe Overview

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1½ pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons Garlic & Roasted Chili Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup 25-Star Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
Optional garnish: chopped cilantro or green onions

Instructions

• Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt and pepper.

• Heat the Garlic & Roasted Chili Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

• Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, just until opaque and lightly seared.

• Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring gently, just until fragrant.

• Remove the skillet from heat and immediately drizzle the Coconut White Balsamic over the shrimp, tossing gently to coat.

• Drizzle with the Persian Lime Olive Oil and toss again to layer in brightness and balance.

• Serve immediately, finishing with an additional light drizzle of Coconut White Balsamic at the table if desired.

Chef’s Tip

Add Coconut White Balsamic off the heat to keep the coconut flavor clean, light, and slightly sweet. Shrimp cook quickly — remove them as soon as they turn opaque to keep them tender.

Flavor Variations

• Butter Olive Oil — softer, richer finish that complements the coconut flavor
• Add sliced bell peppers or snap peas for a more vegetable-forward version
• Finish with fresh lime juice for a brighter citrus edge

Pairings

Steamed jasmine rice, coconut rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad.

Recipe Notes
