Coconut White Balsamic Shrimp with Garlic & Chili

Description:
This shrimp dish is quick, savory, and easy to prepare. Coconut White Balsamic adds a light, clean sweetness that’s meant to be tasted, while Garlic & Roasted Chili Olive Oil brings gentle heat and depth. Persian Lime Olive Oil adds a bright citrus finish that keeps the dish balanced and fresh. It’s a simple recipe that works well for weeknight dinners or relaxed meals at home.

Ingredients:
1½ pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons Garlic & Roasted Chili Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup 25-Star Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
Optional garnish: chopped cilantro or green onions

Instructions:
• Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
• Heat the Garlic & Roasted Chili Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
• Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until just opaque.
• Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring gently, just until fragrant.
• Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle the Coconut White Balsamic evenly over the shrimp.
• Drizzle with the Persian Lime Olive Oil, toss gently to coat, and serve immediately.
• Finish with an additional light drizzle of Coconut White Balsamic at the table, to taste.

Chef’s Tips:
• Add Coconut White Balsamic off the heat to keep the coconut flavor clean and lightly sweet.
• Shrimp cook quickly — remove them as soon as they turn opaque to avoid overcooking.

Flavor Variations:
• Swap Persian Lime Olive Oil for Butter Olive Oil for a softer, richer finish that complements the coconut flavor.

Pairings:
Steamed rice, jasmine rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad.

Recipe Notes:
This recipe is designed to show how Coconut White Balsamic works best as a finishing ingredient. Using it generously allows the coconut flavor to come through without overpowering the dish. Keep the cooking simple and adjust seasoning at the end.
