1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
• Add balsamic vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper to a bowl or jar.
• Whisk until fully combined.

• Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
