Cook Time: 4–6 minutes
Total Time: 35–40 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
2 tablespoons Garlic Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Mango White Balsamic
1 teaspoon honey
1 garlic clove, finely minced
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or green onion, plus more for garnish
Optional: Lemon White Balsamic or lime wedges for finishing
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
• If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
• Pat the shrimp very dry with paper towels so they grill instead of steam.
• In a medium bowl, whisk together Garlic Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil, Mango White Balsamic, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon cilantro or green onion.
• Spoon 2 tablespoons of the marinade into a small clean bowl and reserve it for finishing. Do not add raw shrimp to this reserved portion.
• Add the shrimp to the remaining marinade and toss until evenly coated. Marinate 15–20 minutes.
• Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates.
• Thread the shrimp onto skewers so they sit close together but are not tightly packed.
• Grill 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink, lightly charred, and just opaque through the center.
• Transfer the shrimp to a platter immediately.
• Brush lightly with the reserved clean finishing marinade, then garnish with cilantro or green onion.
• Finish with a very light drizzle of Lemon White Balsamic or serve with lime wedges if desired.
Chef’s Tip
Do not brush cooked shrimp with marinade that touched raw seafood. Reserve a clean portion before marinating, then use that small amount after grilling for shine, flavor, and a fresh Mango White Balsamic finish. Use Lemon White Balsamic lightly at the end when you want a brighter citrus balance.
Flavor Variations
• Lemon White Balsamic adds a bright citrus finish and balances the mango sweetness beautifully.
• Pineapple White Balsamic gives the skewers a brighter island-style finish.
• Jalapeño White Balsamic adds sweet heat with a cleaner pepper note.
• Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil can replace Garlic Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil for a brighter citrus version.
• Add chunks of pineapple, mango, or red onion between the shrimp for colorful grilled skewers.

Recipe Notes
The Mango White Balsamic adds tropical sweetness and gentle acidity, while Garlic Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil brings savory heat and depth. Keep the marinade short, grill the shrimp quickly, and use only the reserved clean finishing marinade after cooking. Lemon White Balsamic is excellent as a final bright drizzle, but use it lightly so the mango flavor still leads.
