Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
¼ cup Mango White Balsamic
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

• In a small bowl, whisk together Mango White Balsamic, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, Garlic Olive Oil, salt, and black pepper.

• Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Reserve the remaining marinade for glazing.

• Refrigerate 20–30 minutes.

• Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

• Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.

• Grill 4–5 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with the reserved glaze.

• Continue grilling until the salmon is lightly caramelized and flakes easily while still remaining slightly tender in the center.

• Remove from the grill and drizzle with remaining glaze.

• Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Keep the grill hot enough to lightly caramelize the glaze without burning the honey. Salmon cooks quickly, so avoid overcooking to maintain moisture and tenderness.
