Ingredients
1 tablespoon Pear White Balsamic
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce pear juice or white grape juice
3–4 torn fresh mint leaves
Ice
3 ounces sparkling water
Optional for cocktail version: 1 ounce gin or vodka
Optional garnish: thin pear slice
Mocktail Version
• Add Pear White Balsamic, lemon juice, pear juice, and mint leaves to a glass.
• Stir gently to lightly bruise the mint and release its aroma.
• Fill the glass with ice.
• Top with sparkling water and garnish with a thin pear slice before serving.
Cocktail Version
• Add Pear White Balsamic, lemon juice, pear juice, mint, and gin or vodka to a glass.
• Stir gently until chilled and aromatic.
• Fill with ice and top lightly with sparkling water.
