Recipe Overview

Servings: 6–8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45–55 minutes

Ingredients

1 pork sirloin roast (2–3 lbs)
½ cup Pomegranate Dark Balsamic (plus extra for finishing)
1 tbsp Jalapeño Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 375°F.

• Season the pork roast generously with salt and black pepper.

• Whisk together Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Jalapeño Olive Oil, garlic, and rosemary.

• Brush the roast generously with the glaze mixture and place into a baking dish or roasting pan.

• Roast 45–55 minutes, brushing with additional glaze halfway through cooking.

• Cook until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

• Rest the roast 10 minutes before slicing.

• Slice and drizzle lightly with fresh Pomegranate Dark Balsamic before serving.

Chef’s Tip

Letting the roast rest before slicing helps lock in the juices and keeps the pomegranate glaze from running off.

Flavor Variations

• Use Strawberry White Balsamic for softer sweetness
• Swap in Lemon White Balsamic for bright citrus lift
• Use Lavender White Balsamic for floral depth
• Use Pineapple White Balsamic for subtle fruit warmth
• Add crushed red pepper flakes for extra smoky heat

Pork sirloin roast stays especially juicy when roasted gently and rested properly. The pomegranate glaze should remain glossy and lightly coating rather than overly thick.
