Raspberry Citrus Punch

Raspberry Citrus Punch

Raspberry Balsamic Citrus Punch

Description

Raspberry Dark Balsamic, cranberry and orange juices, fresh raspberries, citrus, and sparkling water come together in a bright, refreshing party punch with bold berry flavor and lively bubbles. Serve it as a festive mocktail or turn the pitcher into an easy vodka or sparkling-wine cocktail.

Recipe Overview

Serves: 6–8 drinks
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup Raspberry Dark Balsamic
2 cups chilled 100% cranberry juice
1 cup chilled orange juice
2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 orange, thinly sliced
Ice, for serving
Fresh raspberries and orange slices, for garnish

Mocktail Version

• Add the Raspberry Dark Balsamic, cranberry juice, orange juice, fresh raspberries, and orange slices to a large pitcher.

• Stir gently until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve if preparing the punch base ahead.

• Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or club soda and stir gently once or twice to combine.

• Fill individual glasses with ice and pour the punch over the ice rather than adding ice to the pitcher, which would dilute the entire batch as it sits.

• Garnish with fresh raspberries and orange slices. Serve immediately.

Vodka Cocktail Version

• Combine ½ cup Raspberry Dark Balsamic, 2 cups chilled 100% cranberry juice, 1 cup chilled orange juice, 1 cup vodka, the fresh raspberries, and sliced orange in a large pitcher.

• Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

• Just before serving, add 2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda and stir gently once or twice.

• Serve over ice in individual glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and orange slices.

Prosecco Cocktail Version

• Combine ½ cup Raspberry Dark Balsamic, 2 cups chilled 100% cranberry juice, 1 cup chilled orange juice, the fresh raspberries, and sliced orange in a large pitcher.

• Cover and refrigerate the punch base until ready to serve.

• Just before serving, slowly add one chilled 750-milliliter bottle of dry Prosecco.

• Stir only once or twice, very gently, to preserve the bubbles.

• Serve over ice if desired and garnish with fresh raspberries and orange slices.

Chef’s Tip

Keep every liquid ingredient thoroughly chilled and add sparkling water or Prosecco only immediately before serving. For parties, put ice in individual glasses instead of the pitcher so the punch stays flavorful rather than becoming progressively diluted. Choose a dry Prosecco for the sparkling-wine version because the cranberry juice, orange juice, and Raspberry Dark Balsamic already provide plenty of fruit character.

Flavor Variations

• Blackberry: Replace the Raspberry Dark Balsamic with Blackberry Dark Balsamic for a deeper, richer berry punch that complements the cranberry and orange base.

• Blueberry: Replace the Raspberry Dark Balsamic with Blueberry Dark Balsamic for a smooth dark-berry variation that pairs naturally with cranberry and orange.

• Pomegranate: Replace the Raspberry Dark Balsamic with Pomegranate Dark Balsamic for a deeper, pleasantly tart fruit punch that reinforces the cranberry character.

• Cranberry Orange: Replace the Raspberry Dark Balsamic with Cranberry Orange White Balsamic for a brighter cranberry-citrus punch. Keep the 2 cups cranberry juice and start with ¾ cup orange juice; taste the chilled base and add the remaining ¼ cup only if you want a stronger orange character.

• Raspberry Lime: Keep the Raspberry Dark Balsamic and add several thin lime slices along with the orange for an additional fresh citrus note.

• Raspberry Mint: Keep the Raspberry Dark Balsamic and add a small handful of fresh mint leaves immediately before serving for a cool herbal finish.

Pairings

Serve with brunch dishes, charcuterie and cheese boards, grilled chicken or shrimp appetizers, fresh fruit platters, tea sandwiches, baked Brie, summer salads, berry desserts, citrus pastries, or light holiday appetizers. Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, and Pomegranate work especially well with creamy cheeses, charcuterie, and chocolate, while Cranberry Orange is particularly well suited to brunch, seafood, fresh fruit, and holiday entertaining.

Finished Beverage

Raspberry Balsamic Citrus Punch served as a sparkling mocktail or with vodka or dry Prosecco

Base

Raspberry Dark Balsamic, 100% cranberry juice, orange juice, fresh raspberries, and sliced orange

Mixers & Garnish

Chilled sparkling water or club soda for the mocktail and vodka version, or dry Prosecco for the sparkling-wine version, plus fresh raspberries, orange slices, lime, or mint

Garnish & Flavor Pairing

Raspberry leads the signature punch; Blackberry and Blueberry deepen the berry profile, Pomegranate adds tart fruit character, and Cranberry Orange strengthens the cranberry-citrus combination

Recipe Notes

Using 100% cranberry juice keeps the punch's sweetness easier to control than using sweetened cranberry juice cocktail. Because unsweetened cranberry juice can be quite tart, taste the finished mocktail after the sparkling water has been added. If additional sweetness is desired, stir in a small amount of simple syrup to taste.

The punch base can be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated. Add sparkling water or Prosecco only immediately before serving so the finished punch retains its carbonation.

The vodka version remains light and sparkling, while the Prosecco version replaces the sparkling water with one 750-milliliter bottle of dry Prosecco so the wine contributes meaningful flavor and carbonation rather than functioning only as a small accent.

Cocktail versions are intended for adults age 21+. Please enjoy responsibly.
