Recipe Overview

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips
3 tablespoons Garlic Mushroom Fused Olive Oil, divided
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup beef broth
Optional finish: small drizzle of Garlic & Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil

Instructions

• Season the beef tips generously with salt and pepper.

• Heat 2 tablespoons Garlic Mushroom Fused Olive Oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

• Add the beef and brown on all sides, working in batches if needed.

• Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms and cook for 4–6 minutes, until softened and lightly browned.

• Reduce heat to medium and pour in the Raspberry Dark Balsamic and beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

• Cover and braise at 325°F for 1½–2 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.

• Uncover and simmer for 5–10 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.

• Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon Garlic Mushroom Fused Olive Oil.

• Finish with a light drizzle of Garlic & Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil, if desired, and let rest briefly before serving.

Chef’s Tip

Use Garlic Mushroom Fused Olive Oil for cooking to keep the dish savory and grounded. Add Garlic & Roasted Chili Fused Olive Oil only at the finish so the heat stays balanced and controlled.

Flavor Variations
