Adding a tiny finishing splash of balsamic after blending creates more noticeable layered strawberry flavor than blending all of it directly into the drink.
Flavor Variations
• Strawberry White Balsamic creates the brightest and freshest strawberry-forward drink profile
• 25 Star White Balsamic creates a cleaner classic sweet-tart variation
• Add mint alongside basil for a cooler herbal finish
• Blend with coconut water for a tropical mocktail variation
• Add sparkling wine to the cocktail version for a lighter brunch-style drink
Pairings
Serve with charcuterie boards, grilled shrimp, summer salads, fruit desserts, or outdoor appetizers.
Recipe Notes
Frozen strawberries create a smoother frozen texture without watering down the flavor. Fresh strawberries can be used, but additional ice may be needed.
