Chef’s Tip
Use a lemonade with a bright, fresh lemon flavor rather than an especially sweet bottled lemonade. Strawberry White Balsamic already contributes fruit, acidity, and sweetness, so an overly sugary lemonade can make the spritz heavy. Keep every ingredient well chilled and add sparkling water or Prosecco last to preserve as much carbonation as possible.
Flavor Variations
• Peach White Balsamic: substitute Peach for a juicy orchard-fruit lemonade spritz
• Raspberry Dark Balsamic: substitute Raspberry for a deeper berry-lemon profile with richer balsamic character
• Blackberry Dark Balsamic: substitute Blackberry for a darker berry version that works especially well with the vodka build
• Cranberry Orange White Balsamic: substitute Cranberry Orange for a bright citrus-berry spritz; use a slightly less tart lemonade if needed
• Mango White Balsamic: substitute Mango for a tropical lemonade spritz
• Pineapple White Balsamic: substitute Pineapple for a bright tropical-citrus variation
• Pear White Balsamic: substitute Pear for a softer, delicate fruit profile
• Lemon White Balsamic: substitute Lemon for an especially citrus-forward spritz; begin with 1½ ounces lemonade and add more only if needed
• Strawberry Basil: lightly clap 2–3 fresh basil leaves and add them as an aromatic garnish
• Strawberry Mint: garnish with lightly clapped fresh mint for a cooler herbal finish
Pairings
Serve with brunch dishes, grilled chicken, summer salads, tea sandwiches, fruit platters, soft cheeses, grilled shrimp, light appetizers, or fresh berry desserts. The crisp citrus and berry character works especially well with foods that are fresh, lightly salty, creamy, or gently grilled.

Flavor Pairing
Strawberry creates the signature berry-lemon combination; Peach softens the fruit profile; Raspberry and Blackberry add deeper berry notes; Mango and Pineapple turn it tropical; and Lemon makes the spritz especially bright and citrus-forward
Recipe Notes
This recipe deliberately uses less lemonade than the original version because Strawberry White Balsamic already supplies fruit-forward sweetness and acidity. Two ounces of lemonade keeps the lemon flavor recognizable while allowing the balsamic and sparkling components to remain distinct. For a vodka cocktail, 1½ ounces creates a balanced highball-style drink without overwhelming the strawberry. For a true spritz-style version, dry Prosecco provides the primary sparkle, with just a small amount of soda to lighten the drink. Add all carbonated ingredients last and stir minimally.
